Recently in India only they have laid of 260 people out of 650. In UK its even worst even CEO and CTO were also laid Off. Almost 40% in 6 months. New CEO Motive is to show increase in net profit to investors as there is no organic growth in any product. All favourite got good position like Director , except few all are good for nothing , specially in India, thier knowledge is then trainee associate but leadership will never know about this as they are incapable to know what is happening on ground. I hope financers can understand this. They are just throwing money for marketing but nothing good left.
