After a few weeks, you will see the reality of the job. The long hours, ridiculous expectations as you work on customer equipment so old and poorly configured it has no business being used at any place of business let being covered under a 24/7 service contract.
The turnover here is incredible, It's like making employees miserable so they leave is part of the company's mission statement.
After each mass exodus, and there have been several, management will ask current employees to submit some reviews on this site to counter any negative reviews left by the outgoing employees. A simple glance at the dates of the clusters of reviews and you will be able to tell when those exoduses have happened. Sad, really.
Honestly, I'd rather have to explain a gap in my resume' than have to admit to ever working here.
