Bizarre and sad. Favoritism runs rampant. HR was VERY green at the time and unaware of how to do her job. Poor leadership. Lacked transparency with employees. Leadership was not confident in the processes that were put in place which led to them depending on others to make decisions they were supposed to be making. The company had an ancient way of doing things - needs a software upgrade. Hopefully this has changed now. Racial discrimination at its finest. Employees not valued. Others felt disposable and overworked including myself. I truly hope with 2020 shining a light on system racism that One10 has done some internal work to treat black and brown employees with respect and listen to them. My experience was disgusting.
