Huge errors are made by leaders that have a long lasting impact on others. Unprofessional managers and poor leadership. The culture is not what they describe during the interview, it's somewhat tolerable though so if you can withstand it until you find a more promising career you should be good. Favoritism. Some leaders have no clue what they are doing, just "winging it". Biased management. Hire millennials with this type of leadership and watch your turnover rate increase. You can count on it.
