Pros
Flexibility, optional benefits, hybrid work, opportunity to bridge gaps in education.
Kontras
This company lacks loyalty and doesn’t stand up for its employees. Multiple long-term employees have been fired due to “financial constraints.” They are quick to agree to contracts but then assign all of the work to directors and coordinators, even when they are already overwhelmed. They offer to help but then laugh at you when you actually ask for it. The culture feels great at first until you realize it’s mostly a popularity contest and they have an unhealthy amount of competition. The curriculum they have is a conglomeration of a bunch of out of date publishers that have misprints, miscalculations, and is generally unreliable at meeting the needs of students. They overpromise and underdeliver every time.
