everything is worst here, to the extent that even toilet condition is worst then public toilet. Basically a BPO company, so not at all suited for developers, but they able to hire few on false promises. They will offer you any salary, but don't be happy, may be you are not able to draw your first salary also and get fired. There is no fix day for salary credit. You are more of like on contract position, project gone you are gone next day, a single bad review from client and you are fired. I got fired within 20 days, as the project for which they hired me got shelved. I regret my decision of joining this company in lure of higher pay , scarifying my last stable job where I was working in peace for 4 years,

I can tell you this is a scam. I know from experience that the business they run is a scam. They take the clients money and sit around and don't do any of the work or deliver anything they promise them. I have seen this first hand many times. They are told to ignore customers and avoid all their phone calls if they ask for a refund. Many legal action has been taken against them and still they continue to do this. I feel sorry for all the people they are ripping off.

Everything is bad, but the people are the worst because they know they are scamming people and they don't care.
