      Good people, small family company, average pay, location near Deerbrook has a lot of choices to eat and shop, very family oriented, flexible

      Lack of training and communication. There is not much room to grow. Open space work area and management attitudes.

      Work hours were great. 40-45 hour work week. Good small family company to work for.

      Kontras

      Not a whole lot of benefits or sick time off. Vacation time is not even something that exists here. Company training could improve drastically.
