10yWe appreciate your feedback and it is disheartening to learn your experience at One North was not a positive one. We pride ourselves on the talent we have as well as the talent we recruit. It is because of this that we feel strongly about maintaining a high caliber of performance. Improvement plans are meant to provide the tools, support and feedback employees need to be successful in their role and at One North. We value the fact that our employee turnover is much lower than other businesses of our size and within our space.
Our history with Thomson Reuters is something we have put in the past, but that doesn't mean the deep relationships former Thomson Reuters employees built with each other disappear. These types of shared experiences, which include overcoming challenges and celebrating successes, is what One North is built on, and we regret you couldn't take a larger part in them.
As a business that continues to expand, we recognize the need for more structured processes between departments, including HR and Leadership. Your input will contribute to these developments, so we thank you. We also wish you the best of luck on your next adventure.
