Empty classes, terrible pay - Group Fitness Trainer bei One Health Clubs: Mitarbeiterbewertung

If you're a group fitness trainer and less that 4 members show up, your pay is halved. If only 1 person shows up, you have to fight with the other booked trainer to see who get's the half pay because OneHealth don't want 2 trainers if there's less than 4 members in the class. They will tell that is never the case and you will find out that 50% of the time there are less than 2 members and your shift will vanish from the schedule.
