Was offered a decent, non-negotiable salary. No dress code. I only work 6 hours a day on salary because I take an hour long lunch break to go home with my wife and spend an hour playing ping pong and foosball throughout the day. I have to work a few longer days every now and then if I have a big project. Lots of free snacks and drinks. My coworkers are friendly and always willing to help. Still a startup culture. Ascential acquired this company and is building it from the top down with upper management and cash investment. We just got a new CEO who is also over our step sister company Planet Retail.

Benefits aren't that great. 3% of salary match 401k and hundreds out of pocket monthly for family health coverage. Teams and responsibilities are constantly changing (growing pains). No training or development programs for non developers. Our tech side gets pampered with free lunches and out of office activities. Those who got in early are in undeserved leadership positions. I have little hope to get a decent promotion or substantial raise (I've heard only 2-3%) if I stick around. Work can be redundant and repetitive in client operations. Insights managers (client facing) get all the credit. HR functions are managed by people in our sister companies which can be frustrating.
