I have been working here for 2.5 years, and it's the best job that I've ever had! Leadership is transparent, engaged, and engaging. They have several great options for healthcare, and one of those options is completely free to the employees. There is a bonus structure in place, so you get paid more for going above and beyond. No pizza party consolation prizes.

If you like being in an office this isn't the job for you.

Ok Pay. Most employees are enjoyable to work with. It started off as a great concept and a great place to work. It went down hill each year after. Never seemed to be able to fully get off the ground.

No clear direction. Always seems like management is just chasing the next shinny thing. Claim they want to help progress people, but it's only if that person is a sheep and doesn't think for themself. Overall culture is negative. They smile to your face but actions portray the complete opposite.
