Decent projects and a good place to start a CG career.

Big layoffs every now and then and management do not care much about progression for artists. There are office politics here and there. Work life balance suffers for artists. Some of my colleagues work 7 days a week for months and was even asked to do Overtime without extra benefits due to lack of planning and structure.
