6yThank you for your feedback, we always appreciate learning how employees felt about their tenure with us. We apologize it has taken so long to respond to your review, we have been working to continually improve our company processes and procedures. To help address some of the issues you raised we have begun providing management training to all individuals who serve in a management and/or leadership position. We feel these trainings will help team leaders and managers improve their management and communication techniques, including how they communicate about work hours and requirements. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the product, some of your colleagues, and the remote working model but it is clear from your review that we did not meet your employment expectations during your tenure with us.
