Much of leadership is out of touch with reality and the times. The joke among most is that leadership acts as if it is the 1990's. - Unprofessional - Extremely immature environment - No accountability - Massive Silo's with an extreme lack of good process, systems, and communication. - You will not be used for your experience or knowledge - Leadership has no working knowledge on best practices and how to run Enterprise IT - Massive amounts of waste and poor utilization of people and technology - Meetings required for everything and anything. - No focus on the customer - Strategy of charge more instead of drive down the cost - Organization is run on SharePoint and Spreadsheets. (Not a joke) The list goes on and on. This is the best example I've seen of how not to run Enterprise IT. *Note: All of the negative's you read in the other reviews... are true.
