- Paid below industry standards - As onmobile has its own product, some Operational Experience does not value add to your career. It is like you have reached dead end. - Some team work a lot and some team just chill out. No proper analysis on (amount of work/no of people in team) ratio. - Ground Level problems are not getting escalated to high level because middle management does not allow to do so. Lots of communication gap exist between VPs and Middle Management. - VAS market is heading downwards in India.
