When I began working at Olympus Direct I had zero sales experience. This company has not only taught me how to sell, but also how to develop other people, time management skills, how to be a leader, and how to believe in my own abilities (just to name a few). The self confidence I have developed and the personal growth/changes I've made since beginning with this company have been incredible.
