      Not much really, I can't say there are pros. It was certainly a job lol so that was good, it was needed at the time. There was commission so that was good.

      - toxic manager- would steal my sales to get commission - catty coworkers - never enough hours for part time - breaks too short

      Complete freedom. The district manager doesn't micro manage you.

      Flexible hours. Free march

      The company is a total mess. Managment was all over the place. Bad communication and sales were unrealistic. I do not recommend this job to someone who wants to grow within a company. This job is more for someone who just want to get out of the house. Low Pay !
