It's disappointing to say the least: the company's culture is toxic and draining. The expectation of constant overtime completely throws any semblance of work-life balance out the window. There's this relentless pressure looming over everything, coupled with micromanagement that borders on suffocating. Employees are subjected to documenting every minute of their workday, under threat of reprimand or worse, yelling. The environment is hostile, with yelling and guilt trips being disturbingly commonplace. It's incredibly demoralizing to work in an atmosphere where feedback is virtually nonexistent. There's no sense of support or constructive criticism, leaving employees feeling isolated and undervalued. This combination of factors creates a workplace where dread and anxiety are the norm, making it near impossible to feel motivated or fulfilled in any capacity.
