Oculus systems has always put its clients and employees above all. They have always been accountable when errors are made. They look out for all employees, unfortunately there are bad apples out there, which of course taint the water for those of us with integrity, which is one of their core values. If you are ambitious, act in a professional manner, and have integrity this is where you want to work, the sky is the limit at Oculus

Oculus has grown quadruple in the last year, which at times is hard to keep up with especially when less then deserving employees throw wrenches in the gears. However this does allow for rapid advancement in the company.
