- Culture is open, real, friendly and fun - Management is down to earth, there’s no ego and they treat everyone with respect and consideration - Recognition - good for feedback and reward - including promotions - Innovating - trying to incorporate comms, design and digital in ways other agencies are saying and not doing - People - the people are pretty awesome and fun to work with and hang out with

- The office space was a little out dated, but I hear there is a refurbishment happening right now - which is awesome - Clients are quite dry B2B tech and there’s the usual cons of having a plethora of clients - with differing abilities and attitudes!
