I have been working at Obvious People for almost a year and I only have positive things to say about this company. They really care about their employees, the day to day, the issues you might be facing, specially when it comes to having recently relocated to the Netherlands. They helped with the relocation process and costs, arranged housing, sponsored a working visa and found me an amazing project to be part of. They were also extremely patient during the time I was NOT assigned to a project, which means that they invested in me (salary, L&D budget) without pressuring me to start working straight away, rather than that, they looked for projects that aligned with my experience/expertise and interests. They didn't push me to any assignment, they found the best fit. I have the pleasure to work with great colleagues that are both friendly and knowledgeable, that makes a great environment to be part of. Apart from that, the perks of working here are countless: Learning and Development budget, travel card to use public transport 24/7, company outings, among others. I have already and will continue to refer friends and former colleagues to work here because it's definitely one of the best companies at which I had the pleasure to work.
