We're the A-team for a maturing start-up with an active ear to the ground across both customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing). Folks trust our input, and we put in the work to make actual change in the product based on customer feedback and working internally cross-teams.

Because we're the go-to team for all things Customer Success and Technical SMEs, it's a TON of work. We care a lot and put in extra hours no one asks for but we know we need to succeed. This is not a coasting position. You will put in the hours to make sure you and your customers win. It's still a startup and you have to remember that. The reward? Recognition and career advancement.

World class product team Net net if you're a self starter who doesn't need to be told what to do, who doesn't play politics or ask for permission you'll do well here. If you are not a self starter and will twiddle your thumbs waiting to be assigned tasks you may end up in the deactivated pages.

Comments from other posts on high turnover is not unfounded - you either fit or you don't and people tend to disappear. Making it a full year is an accomplishment worth a medal. I'll comment on CEO since many posts reference him. His heart is in the right place, he wants everyone to succeed, and he can be overinvolved in his desire to help. He can switch his decisions very quickly - and requires strong leaders below him to control that energy from ICs. He has high expectations of everyone, and higher expectations of himself.
