Benefits - thanks to a good HR department that tries to provide good benefits. Above market average.

Management absolutely destroys culture with their lack of accountability and constant change of decisions around ICP, compensation, quota, approach to bad quarters, layoffs, etc. Promotions are not given even though promised and quota has changed every single quarter (40% year to date) followed by a slim 2% salary increase. When faced with problems, they lay-off employees only to hire more and make the same mistakes over and over again. Ghost employees on promotions as well.
