Pros
- They let you work 9 hour days and get every other Friday off. - As long as you get your hours in, make it to meetings and are able to collaborate with the team, you can shift your hours around as you need. You never have to work more than the required 40 hours per week. - Great people to work with - The developers here are all highly curious people, and exploring new technologies is something we love to do. - We get to work on a lot of different projects with different technologies. It's fun to be exposed to lots of technologies.
Kontras
- Only 10 days PTO per year - Salaries are on the low end from what I can tell - Switching between so many projects can sometimes be tiresome. - Using so many different technologies can make you feel like you're spread thin in your skillset. - The way their business model is set up, the company only makes money when we're sitting at our desk logging hours, so there is some pressure to not spend too much time getting to know coworkers, researching/leveling up, etc.
