Pros
The company has excellent vacation time, parental leave for both moms and dads (and parents that opt to adopt), good 401(k), and other perks including tuition assistance. I personally feel I have a good work-life balance, but I make it a priority. If it's not important to you/your manager, or you don't feel confident about speaking up, it can easily take over your life.
Kontras
High turnover in senior management means inconsistency in terms of company vision and long term priorities. Often feels like the decisions made at the highest levels may sound great in theory but in practice are not feasible. Raises and bonuses are often low for a company of this size, unless you have a very senior role, and are not guaranteed. I find my immediate managers to be accessible, but less so the higher up you go. Promotions are often political.
