Hidden policies that will make you loose your money. Lost huge amount of salary as they deducted salary for weekend if leave is taken on Friday and next Monday. Faced behavorial problems at client location and the OTSI management did nothing to resolve it. I ended up in quiting the company without any new offer in hand.
