-Management is there but not really there -There are tech Team Leads, and there is another Lead of Tech Team Leads, which has no specific role, he is not good in tech at all, not managing Team Leads, and no one know what is his role -This Lead of Tech Lead loves to shout at people loudly at public, just for a very small thing, most probably personal (yes not in meeting room or any corner of office), slam table whenever he is angry (he is always angry, he definitely need anger management), Not to mention his english speaking and understanding is very bad. -Team Leads are not guiding anyone under them, they just live in their own world, never have lunch with their own team, never talk to their own member -Close to 10 ppl resigned, company headcound is 40+, count it yourself :) General: Location not public transport accesible, food nearby is expensive, quite far from most common working area

The work culture is very good, and my colleagues are very friendly.

Allowance claim consider not bad but actually is deducted from your salary while argue

1. gray area with low pay 2. making big and elegant biscuit but never give it to you 3. Management very bad 4. you will be the one to blame if the task is handled by you but not built by you, as long as they have someone to blame, and they will not show it infront of you, but will tell others that you didnt did well 5. Company from a 2x people growth to 50-60, then all starting to resign until maybe 20-30 people, in the developer team maybe just below 3-5, all because of the unfair pay or weird management 6. old loyal employee salary are lower than new joiner, so you can try to join, increment is super low or dont have 7. Manager level like to kick ball for the task, act like know what to do but sadly, skill not found 8. As above points, there also have heavy politic behavior shown at management level
