Every venue’s ability and level of morale is based off of the GM and their prerogatives. Corporate is completely disconnected from the field despite their disparaging efforts to act otherwise. The company preaches the typical DEI and anti-harassment jargon yet doesn’t apply the same rules to everyone. Retaliation is a thing within this company as well.
