Thank you for your valuable feedback. We encourage our employees to priortise their work and ensure proper work life balance is maintained. We have tried to focus on the complete health and wellness of our employees and initiatives like Mindful mornings etc are some steps towards acheiving the same. We have had great feedback from the employees on our initiatives like 5 days working, one hour calendar block for personal work etc. We are a performance driven organization and strongly condemn any employee adopting malignant practices in the organization. We also expect all employees to focus on their work and avoid indulging in such activitie In our continuous endeavour to build a stronger brand, your feedback will definitely help us.
