      Flexibilidade de horário. Você faz a sua agenda conforme sua organização. É uma empresa que dá visibilidade.

      Falta de processo, os poucos que tem são confusos e mudam constantemente. Falta de direcionamento claro. Cobrança altíssima. Metas fora da realidade. O maior foco é na expansão, deixando um pouco de lado os atuais negócios e funcionários. Muitas pessoas batendo cabeça sem saber muito o que fazer. No processo seletivo explica-se pouco sobre o variável, benefícios e oportunidades de crescimento. Tem coisas que você só vai saber ao entrar.

      Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

      Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
