Eager to solve operational issues, bring best outcomes. - Assessment is purely based on performance. If you achieving targets, doing your work creatively, things will be pretty positive for you. - Everyone is welcome to speak about their interests and how best they can contribute in the OYO's journey. Management will support in their best way. - Helping colleagues. - After office parties always there. - Group events - sports, poker, etc.

- You do not work with OYO, you live with OYO. Its a startup culture (even if the company is well established now). - Work targets are always high. So you should have ever lasting hunger to achieve them. - You might have to travel a lot, depending upon your job profile.
