Budding startup evolving into a company. Many genres to work and flexible management. Target oriented along with systematic grievance mechanism. Top management always strives in developing their employees through training and group activities. Decentralised working as company is spread out all over India. Incentive structure is transparent and apt to the performance. Exciting projects all the time.

Kontras

Sometimes timings can be an issue - long working hours on few days. Many clients to handle so there can be issues with people management. Level of engagement in the job is too high.
