- Good money - Flexible working hours - Knowledgeable and smart co workers

Kontras

- Too much politics. When a senior guys gets in, he'll make sure to fire the old ones and get his own people. May be our of insecurity. - People from very senior to very junior levels have been fired for no reason - If you are good at flattering, this company is for you - 6 day week. No wfh. Office is almost out of Gurgaon in sector 69. You'll not find Uber forget an auto to travel. Roads are worst there. - they don't give a hard copy of the offer letter - people have been asked to leave in 1 day without any severance package and notice period. - No office parties or get togethers. - Every one has differnet t and c in their offer letter. Some have 1 month notice period, other have none. - the hr keeps leaving or getting fired. By the time you'll complete 3-4 months in the company, your recruitibg hr would have left - there are no tram building or training programs.

Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

Kontras

Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
