No work-life balance - Consultant bei OST: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Work-life balance is non-existent. You get paid a salary and work atrocious hours without any compensation for the extra work. Management acknowledges that there is a problem but does nothing to fix it. I am not sure that they care. HR will make you promises in your interview that are inaccurate. They did not give annual raises that were up to industry standards - way less than the rate of inflation. People are nice. I loved my coworkers and they were the only reason I stayed for as long as I did.
