Company has a great onboarding and training program in place. Once you are settled in, you can move around from one position to another in your field or even between departments. Great people in the company to work with.
Kontras
Once you have reached a managerial position, there isn't much more you can do. Bonuses are not competitive and "teacher's pet" complex is often noticeable from management and their behavior towards subordinates.
