flexible working hours in terms that managers are very lienent about when you come when you leave. paid lunches every month or when manager says so. Everyone is very helpful.

no bonuses, low pay, learning is done by asking questions every single time. Most positions are already set hard to move up. Have to take responsibility even if someone else messes up.
