Great trust in workers with remote work, flexible hours and hands-off management. People-first approach. Highly capable staff. A dynamic, fast-paced environment that is never boring.

Hands-off management means no one will support you unless you explicitly ask for it. Lack of formal processes but somehow simultaneously extremely rigid. Unhealthy WLB can often arise due to the high-demand workload. Roles are often unclear, over-reliance on teams to be self-managing.
