The benefits are great and it's a great place to learn the NFP space. Very flexible with time and work life balance.
Kontras
Extremely low pay and raises are always 2%. The middle and upper management don't have enough real business experience to do their jobs right but are also unwilling to let thier associates make any decisions. Every manager simply wants to look good in front of the ceo and will throw other managers and associates under the bus to do so. A lot of back stabbing and people taking other people's credit.
