Women are harassed, belittled, and demeaned with no repercussions. It's like stepping back in time to the year 1850. Management abuses their authority with impunity. Work ethic is non-existent. Incompetence reigns. Pay is paltry in conflict zones. After making the mistake of accepting a position in this organization, I would never work for another international organization. I feel lucky to have escaped. For the good of the world, this organization should be shuttered immediately.
