Is well respected in the Balkans for the work it has done to promote the peace settlement in the region. Good salary and benefits (if on a fixed term contract )

If you expect hard core short term visible results from the work you are doing, this is not a good fit for you. Morale is not the highest - depends on what field office or department you are working in Very decentralised and politicized structure makes it hard to effect change quickly. Often progress is only seen in small steps. Limited-tenure of 5 - 7 years for a specific job
