      - Zeer goede coaching en trainings die je op alle vlakken (persoonlijk en professioneel) doen groeien. - Leuke en toffe bedrijfscultuur en vibe.

      Kontras

      - Er zijn niet echt minpunten wanneer je openstaat voor de feedback en mogelijkheden die ze jou aanbieden. - Iets lager loon als trainee maar wordt gecompenseerd wanneer je naar je vaste job gaat.

      Pros

      Great kickstarter to your career. great coaching sessions and soft skills training. Perfect if you are unsure of your capabilities and want to improve.

      Kontras

      Very low wage, small benefits compared to similar roles in other companies. No bonus at the end of the year. Very low salary raise after a year. Minimum vacation days. As you work as a "consultant" in a company, you do not really have a lot of contact with other colleagues or the culture of the company. You are always between 2 worlds. The contracts do not give any protection to the employee (2 year+ contract)
