Pros

- Used to be a company with good work culture and work-life balance - Support from higher management for team India - New technology stacks were introduced to scale the products - Good medical coverage - The current management has done a good job at clearing the inventory

Kontras

- After the takeover by GI partners things are looking down south - The entire senior and middle management were replaced - as if the new ones are all god-gifted super-heroes who can turn things around by waving their magic wands (basically, "yes boss" type) - No focus on re-engineering the product - old problems still exist and new leadership is clueless.

Pros

The work environment is exceptional, the training and onboarding program is top-notch, and the camaraderie creates a pleasant work environment. I am truly very happy with my decision to join ORBCOMM.

Kontras

The insurance benefits are confusing and not very attractive, apart from that, they offer other benefits such as a cellphone, internet, a GYM, etc.
