Oparc has a great mission statement. The employees truly care about the people they serve. The employees are compassionate, caring and welcoming. There is a new robust onboarding/training for all new hires and additional training that is being offered on a monthly basis. Leadership is committed to providing staff members with the tools for growth and career advancement. Leadership cares about work/life balance is always coming up with ideas on how to improve the work environment. Oparc tries to promote from within. Oparc offers 10 paid holidays plus a birthday holiday. They have a good vacation policy and sick policy after the first year. They offer a 403b retirement plan with matching. Insurance is a little pricey but leadership is looking at that.
