Very Poor Middle Management , the culture and morale has dramatically continued to decrease over the past 4 years. Bad behaviors are ignored by corporate and those individuals seem to get promoted. We’ve lost a lot of high performance employees due to this. The core values, vision statements, key drivers, D&I that are supposed to be the representation of ONEOK are not practiced by supervisor, manager level leadership - especially in field offices. Very disappointing.
