On an organizational level: This company does not support the formation of a union, pays their front of house staff extremely poorly, and their upper management is completely disconnected from the people providing key functions for the museum. This leads to an overpaid leadership with very little support and pay for support staff who do most of the work. The antiracism statement is fully performative as it is generally not applied in practice. Believe the low reviews and be careful.
