Pros
In every company I have worked at before, there is a bully in the management chain that people don't like working for. I was surprised to find the management to be approachable and real. I am also used to posturing being a part of the corporate culture, I have yet to see "brown-nosing." People want to work here and are connected to their work.

OGS is going through an awkward growth phase where it trying to find its way. OGS is trying to keep the "good stuff" from being a startup and build in the necessary corporate stuff to sustain a larger organization. This is normal and healthy for the life-cycle of a company and not always fun.
