There is a positive atmosphere, a focus on the future and recognition for a job well done. OFM has strong company values and holds people accountable for living up to them. I love my co-workers. They pitch in and help me when I need it and we do whatever it takes to get the job done. We also have a lot of extra benefits that you don't find many places like profit sharing and frequent employee oriented activities. There are thoughtful wellness programs, massages, catered meals and special events. I look forward to going into work each day!
