Bad increment/incentive/promotion 8. Low safety awareness 9. Korean only care about their members 10. Very bad plant condition in some areas (high risk and dangerous for staffs). 11. No proper training for new employees 12. No proper rest area for field staffs 13. Poor facilities in CCR (sharing old laptops, broken chairs, no proper cubical for engineer & etc) 14.
