      None. Do not waste your time

      -Management do not know how to run a business - Will lie to your face about what the job entails. You stand in either Sam's Club or Costco selling internet or Bath remodel appointments for 8 hours on a regular day (up to 11.5 on road shows) -Will lie to your face about work schedule -Will lie to your face about duties -*IF* you stay long enough to be a corporate trainer, you will be told to lie to interviewees about working there -The culture is selfish and toxic -Employee turnover is astonishingly high. In my short time there, at least 10 people got hired then quit. half of them didn't even go through Orientation THIS IS A SCAM OF A BUSINESS

      Pros

      I have loved working at OBRO so far! I know starting a new job can be a bit overwhelming at times, but I feel as if I have had all the necessary training and resources to help me grow with the company. The team is awesome and the pay structure benefits those who are willing to work hard.

      Pros

      Excellent atmosphere to not only grow as a person, but to develop as a professional. -Hands on experience, to acclimate to the company way of life. -Expectations of you are made apparent. -Company is growing, so there is room for growth.

      Kontras

      Best advice I can give is come to work to work. Work hard play hard is a good phrase to use with this company. We have a great time but if you are not a hard worker then you will not succeed long term.
