      Compensation is ok, only upside

      As the title indicates, worst career move I have made. High turnover of staff is never a good indication and senior management are only focused on the oddest objectives that have no relevance to modern day business. My advice to anyone contemplating jobs here, avoid avoid avoid

      Because of the pandemic situation things had to happen, and everything will go back to the way it was when things becomes normal again

      The fact we got added more work with the enormous amount of work we already had beforehand, we should be getting a pay increase. But instead of that, we got some of our benefits cancelled, and even metioned we should thankful we didn't get a decrease in pay.

We have worked hard to introduce new benefits into the business over the last 12 months, for example; enhanced family leave, improved pension and car salary sacrifice. We have also increased Team Member pay, where appropriate, across the Group.
